Standing Orders

Standing Orders are the written rules of the Council. They regulate the proceedings of meetings and confirm internal organisational and administrative arrangements.

Financial Regulations

Financial Regulations govern the conduct of financial management by the Council.

The current version of the Council’s Financial Regulations (2022 v2.0) were last reviewed and agreed on 20 May 2025 (agenda item 25/061).

Dates of Meetings

Meetings are held either in the Great Gaddesden or Gaddesden Row village halls, starting at 7.30pm generally on either the third Monday or Tuesday of each month other than in August and December when there is no meeting.

Members of the public are always welcome to attend and to raise issues of concern.
